they create some effect I don't know if it it's Hutchison or not. maybe judy got pysoped I smell an operative in hutchinson, he has hugged with too many of the military ind complex perps, i never dove further into his work when he admitted some of his contacts... in any event the hurricane was off the coast and that's where the dust went .. then it just moved along right after. news reports and weather didn't follow it.. the hurricane WAS A big part of the operation.
