Hi Everyone,
I have been researching this issue for over a week in regards to Novartis buying a stake in a Zhejiang Tianyuan Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. A lot of speculations pointed to China Bio-Pharma (OTC: CHBO) has being the subsidiary, causing a spike in Share price of CHBO before it crashed. Zhejiang Tianyuan and HTDS kept the Information beyond reach to avoid a lot of issues and keep away a lot of unruly pumpers who tend to take advantage of honest investors . IMO The story is no pump neither is it fake . HTDS will definitely benefit from this 85% stake acquisition by Novartis .
A lot of Investors tend to be scared this days which is understandable with the nature of the economy and how a lot of companies on OTC are misleading. Be careful of bashers and pumpers because they tend not to care about you but how they will rip you off . Do your own DD and don't forget "Oneself is one and only loyal guardian to oneself" not some post your read of a blog or Investor Hub.
