Well yes and no, when the PPS was $22 I had preferred stock that was restricted. The price was way, way down by the time my restrictions were off and long term capital gains were applied.
Also I was holding long. Then you know the story the mis-management, astronomical burn rate of revenues, the severe dilution of the stock, on & on, etc., etc.
As I said in a previous post the could of, should of, would of's probably shortened my life span a couple of years.
At any rate we have new management that looks very promising. My position now is not so bad, & I feel like this company has great potential.
