Welles, Advisors very bullish in Feb as selloff began to bite and insiders were dumping at record levels. Both situations the same right now and I'd agree we selloff now aggressively through the election-- a likely Bush victory followed by a sharp cutback in the public sector spending, regardless of the falloff in private sector capital spending and hiring.
(OT- Evil lurks in the heart of A-Rod and his cheap trick plus the fans who felt that getting caught cheating required the riot police to take the field in the ninth inning. Whoa!)
