Yes, however, I don't look for any change from Weil on a share cancellation since the liabilities keep going down and the assets keep rising.

Most here expect a share swap of some kind with JPM and you can't swap shares if there are no shares to swap, i.e. canceled

If you know what is about to happen,..100%...KNOW,...then you are an insider and should not be here posting. The REST OF US must take the bits of facts that lead us to a deduction...an informed decision on where we will be in the future....and when....

What I see tells me that we are in good shape. On the other side of this, involvement by "others" behind closed doors makes me nervous but not enough to sell my position.

Risk Reward ratio is the best I have seen in MANY years AND; most importantly, this isn't some "maybe" company on pinks...this is a 100 year old company FIGHTING the FDIC and JPM. A true "Clash of the Titans!"

Another thing that leads me to believe the commons will remain is simply this....
The actions of the FDIC and JPM are SO heinous IMO, that cancelling the commons would, in my opinion, flaw the whole intention. WMI is playing the part of the victim. To contribute to the pain of all by sacrificing the shareholders would be a hit on WMI in my opinion. They should want to emerge...bring US with them....and show EVERYONE who has lost faith in our banking/finance system that there is someone looking out for them.... I would like to see WMI emerge as a white knight. Yes...I know...this is not based on facts....but it makes sense in my mind.

Good luck everyone!
