3. ZAGG will hit fresh screen filter radars in a big way. Not a lot of NASDAQ stocks that have been consistently growing top and bottom lines throughout the recession while sporting a clean balance sheet. Add to that the EPS and growth is underpriced vs. any other examples you can find on the NASDAQ except for a handful of others with a far less sexy story and product.
The flip side of the Naz listing is that shares will be much easier to short. A look at the chart by program short sellers and they will be selling this like crazy.
Long-term, the big board listing is a huge positive, just remember with it brings all the down side to the big boys and the games they like to play.
