It is my belief that the FDIC did this for a reason..

1. Money ruling was coming before the Omnibus.. (IMO)

They wanted to delay the ruling by five to ten days..

Again, THJS, We have not heard much.. There are many emails and communications that we are not privy to and thus..

Johny.. And Friends..

Those whom are weak and do not have the guts (risk) will not receive the benefits of the reward..

So, Remove emotion from the trade.. Trade upon the news..

I am waiting for the ruling.. Myself.. No matter what happens..

And while waiting for the 4b$ ruling.. We will get on that omnibus.. And ride the pony..

Since the FDIC issued that motion.. We should see an WMI motion to stike the motion.. Next week by the 17th of Nov..

ANyway.. Uncle Jimmy and Auntie Bair are up a deep creek and and the only saving grace is a whole lot of money.. And every day they wait longer.. The Pool of funds is getting deeper..

Because the hole is getting deeper..
