I don't think anyone is arguing what they did .. its how they did it ..

I never cared for the deal as a shareholder. I thought they should use the money to buy the O/S down under 500 million, but that was before I came to believe it was in the billions. The only thing I find interesting about the deal is that SPNG has PR'd the deal as if SPNG was making the deal and that SPNG was investing in GETFUGU, when by all the information we have, RME is the entity which invested and now owns shares in GETFUGU. This unfortunately seems like a hyped attempt to make SPNG shareholders believe they had made another big deal and it clearly should be part of the ongoing investigation.
