Hi rose! When I found DF had climbed into bed with the likes of Ryan/Baeten/Pawson/Thompson/Carnes, I assumed he was finished. Whether naive or intentional...he still will be held responsible and I suspect he has already received a letter from the SEC. They opened a file (which is all they will tell anyone) and likely assigned one of their forensic accountants to gather financial information. They have Carne's records from the ESSO indictment and I'm sure they've gathered what they need on Ryan and Downshire Capital. Those two 'affiliated' 2 years ago. I think I told you before they've closed down a number of Ryans scams recently.
With the TA gagged, I assume the A/S is about maxed and we will see an increase soon. That will really scatter the sheep.
Maybe DF is trying to distance himself from the crooks but to tell shareholders he's not going to be responsible for anything in the shell before he bought it isn't going to fly IMO.
The CBAY/NTEK boys just raped the old INCL shareholders with the 1000:1 RS...old wash, rinse, repeat routine.
