why? What assets does BEHL have to even warrant where the pps is right now?? Deals are dead or on hold. No functional PBR is to found. The people who should be working on the PBR are doing nothing on it. October construction on 2 or 3 PBRs did not start, now its end of year. Went from one merger fiasco deal to some other deal. No uplisting this year (as promised) is going to happen
