yes, my understanding is that the OS total, with all potential dilution included from last weeks financing stands at 26.1 million.

If I am mistaken, I hope someone will correct me.

Those BSPM shares will not show up in the Q3 numbers since they were issued in Q4, AND, for the full year, the shares used in calculations will be averaged in, so maybe 15% of the newly issued shares will be counted for the full year numbers

Bogus, BSPM-yes it is my understanding one has to include the warrants in a fully diluted count even if they are not yet exercised. And yes we are a bit above 26 million shares at BSPM now.
