Tryoty - It has been proven many times on this board. Some just don't want to accept it. That's just par for the course on these boards.

All you have to do is look at 4 Items:

The Total amount Addax receive from Sinopec. = A

Addax total Reserves at the time of acquisition. = B

Average approximate cost per barrel (Paid by Sinopec) for those reserves as determined by the market at that point in time. = C

Approximate value of JDZ assets as part of the total deal = D

D = A -- (B*C)

Then D/A = % of the deal attributed to the JDZ Assets.

No I won't tell you are wrong because no one knows for sure. There are a lot of different ways you could add up the purchase price that Sinopec paid for Addax to get to the total and nobody but Sinopec really knows for sure. By the way, I don't often tell people they are wrong, I just put forth my opinion which often doesn't agree with some else's opinion. Most of what we deal with on this board in conjecture rather than fact. Such dialog should be encouraged rather than attacked.
