Seems as if she is attempting to get to the facts and NVI is hiding under a rock as usual.... if they have something good developing it seems odd that they would willingly and knowingly and purposely leave this sort of "negative" taste in the mouth of a local ("hometown") journalist/reporter. NVI can't afford the negative press, and they certain (literally) can't afford to pay for positive press.... A little proaction on Brad's part, without giving away the store (if indeed there is anything to risk at all), would help NVI's negative image IMO. It's clear the vast majority of investors and potential investors are not buying what Brad and NVI is selling, at least not right now... If it was otherwise we wouldn't be sitting at sub .15/share... after the great news released in the form of a SEC filing (as opposed to a more informative PR)....

I appreciate those who view NVI as a gold-egg that will soon hatch.... But it's pretty tough to deny every single one of NVI's partners over the last 7 years took stock and cash and failed to deliver.... including the b-rated surf flick fellas. Every merger, acquisition, partnership, and woulda-shoulda-coulda deal Ray-Ray has made, and more recently Brad, has failed to deliver ANYTHING of tangible or financial value. And that includes ANI, at least so far as any public information might show.

HelloSoft is just another piece of the ever expanding "story" that never seems to deliver. Anyone who can argue with that fact is an expert at denying the truth.

Thanks Michael for posting that. So I guess my questions are, if Aliza hasn't made any effort to call Adaptive since "early this year" ( which i interpret to mean at least 6 months ago) and since Adaptive referred her to NV (which means there was probably an NDA in place) and since Brad didn't respond to her (not entirely sure I'd blame him), how does she conclude what Adaptive has or has not done?? How does she draw the conlusion, or create the inference that Adaptive had all they needed to complete a product or a prototype, without involving another partner such as Hellosoft. Maybe she didn't mean to do it, but the article to me reads that NV paid Adaptive a bunch of money, Adaptive did squat and therefore, NV scrapped Adaptive and replaced them with a new partner, Hellosoft. That's the impression she created. Why not write the article after she hears from that contact at Hellosoft? Why does she selectively leave out what the Hellosoft exec said about thier due diligence into NV?? Why not do some basic investigation to illustrate whether Hellosoft and Adaptive are even in the same sector? Maybe I am being too hard on Aliza, butI am sure she can handle some constructive criticism. Thanks again for your effort to shed some light on this.
