Nice....a totally clean shell, by way of bankruptcy, cant get any better, and carry over NOL's ....thats worth money right there. I'm sure there is a way of computing that, not sure what that formula would be tho. It has to be way more than the current pps
Shares Authorized: 150 million Shares Outstanding (as of 8/11/08): 55.1 million
Shares O/S here according to last filing:
Q1 2007: 19.8 million Q2 2007: 21.1 million Q1 2008: 39.2 million Q2 2008: 43.6 million as of 8/11/08: 55.1 million
Since the filings are over a year behind I would not be too quick to say that is what the current number is. Alot could have changed in the past year plus timeframe, that's why filings are important imo. Also, who knows what insiders hold without up to date information. They need to get the filings up to date and off the pinksheets imo.
Do you know anything about DPER? The company has not done anything for a couple of years, but in September, Joseph Meuse of Belmont Partners who specializes in RMs and Shells took over the company as President and brought all of the tax fees and filings up to date. What usually comes next in these scenarios? It sort of sounds the same as PFOB. TIA. I bought and followed your BKSD call. Thanks
