JP, I think you are right. But I would re-categorize it as Neom is a player. And all players are by nature acquisition candidates. Neom is A++++ and if anyone is going to buy them for the long haul, this is the cheapest they will ever be.

YA can only 'sell' what it can convert into common shares--that would be something between the 1B warrant option common shares, if exercised, or the balance of the A/S--approx. 2.7B+ shares, if the pps remains below say 1.7¢ (and assuming NEOM owes YA about $47MM).
