SmartPaxTM Packaging. Prime Star Group's propietary, safe, unique, efficient and environmentally friendly packaging system stores solids, liquids, ice and beverages of all types - from wine to industrial products. Additionally, SmartPax can be used hot or cold. Our subsidiary Intela-Pac, Inc. builds the machines that make SmartPaxTM, our non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage producers use this packaging, and our distribution subsidiaries distribute those products to businesses across the country. SmartPax are also used for disaster relief services.
High-Quality Beverages and Foods. Prime Star Group's subsidiary companies produce, market and distribute high-quality products: exclusive wines, healthy teas, adult mixed beverages, healthy flavored waters, and gourmet, all-natural seafood products (including the amazing Lobster Slider). We also co-brand and co-pack existing high-end beverages and private label liquors for large hospitality and entertainment brands.
Distribution. Once products are developed and packaged, they need to get to market. Our subsidiaries distribute into the beverage, food retail, entertainment, hospitality, medical and disaster relief markets. Additionally, our logistics company works with our distributors to ensure the entire supply chain remains efficient.

The Company was originally organized on June 1, 1999 as American Career Centers. Inc. On April 2, 2002 we amended our articles of incorporation to charter our name to AMERICAN WATER STAR, INC. On April 3, 2008 the company changed its charter to PRIME STAR GROUP, INC.

Disaster Relief International, Inc. ("DRI") provides water and ice to populations impacted by worldwide, cataclysmic, natural and man-made events. DRI packages water and ice in convenient pouches which use a new, proprietary technology developed and manufactured by Intela-Pac, Inc., a subsidiary of Prime Star Group, Inc. The packaging technology drastically reduces material, shipping and storage costs, which means the pouched water product can be purchased and stored by local, state and federal agencies, The packaging is also a green technology that significantly reduces the environmental impact generated by conventional plastic bottle/bag products. DRI's Mobile Area Disaster Unit provides emergency water and ice services, and produces filtered, pouched water that can also be stored for long term use.
Global Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. ("GFWS") is a master distributor that wholesales and distributes premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in both bottles, cans and SmartPaxTM pouches. GFWS also co-bottles and co-packs and partners with high-end retail, hospitality and entertainment businesses to create unique, branded beverages. GFWS will independently market its wines under the Vintner's Private Reserve luxury brand.
MAC Transportation & Logistics, Inc. provides logistics, hauling and expediting services to companies in the lower 48 states. In addition to its important major, national clients, MAC Transportation will assist many of Prime Star Group's subsidiaries, including Disaster Relief International, Inc., SIPP, Inc., Global Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. and New Age Packaging, Inc.
Intela-Pac, Inc. ("Intela-Pac") makes SmartPaxTM - proprietary, film-based, flexible pouch packaging that can be used to store and transport beverages such as milk, juice, alcoholic beverages, frozen and shelf-stable liquids, and water in pouches ranging in size from one ounce to one gallon. Intela-Pac's filler technologies include pasteurized cold fill, hot fill and UHT aseptic. Because of the SmartPax's many benefits, such as differentiation in the market place and cost savings related to operations, packaging, storage and shipping, the pouch is an environmentally responsible, biodegradable alternative to other packages. Additionally, Intela-Pac builds, owns, operates and rents their F-4000 Series Filler and H-1000 heat processor, which are used to produce SmartPaxTM pouches and then fill the pouches with product.
SIPP, Inc. co-packs, markets and distributes high-quality alcoholic beverages in the unique SmartPaxTM flexible pouch packaging. By co-packing and marketing new and existing brands in the efficient, flexible and environmentally friendly SmartPaxTM packaging, SIPP opens markets and increases brands' profitability. SIPP partners with established beverage brands, retailers, entertainment and hospitality companies.
The Health Channel, Inc. produces and distributes healthy food and beverages, and pharmaceutical and medical device containers for the healthcare industry. The company's focus will be on healthy beverages, high- and mid-alkaline waters, natural and nutritious seafood products, as well as biodegradable device and pharmaceutical packaging. Our beverage and liquid container products will utilize SmartPaxTM, an environmentally-friendly, waste-efficient, cost-effective and chemically safe pouch system.
The Netherland Tea Company, Inc. ("TNT") produces ready to drink, healthy hemp tea. TNT manufactures and distributes Hemp-C ice tea. Currently TNT is the only manufacturer of hemp-tea in the US Market. TNT has developed innovative products and a brand to take advantage of evolving consumer trends thereby increasing promotional effectiveness for its product lines.
Wild Grill Foods, Inc. is a manufacturer of healthy, gourmet seafood products designed to give consumers the type of foods they desire, yet at a price point that is affordable. With the increasing consumer demand for healthier lifestyle food and gourmet flavors, Wild Grill produces seafood items such as Crab, Lobster, Salmon and Shrimp Fusion Sliders and Mahi-Mahi, Pacific Salmon, and Ahi Tuna Fish Burgers, which are high in healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and taste great. All products are gluten free, dairy free, all natural and contain no preservatives.

The SmartPax™ is built with a wide spectrum of proprietary films for the containment of beverages such as milk, juice, shelf stable drinks and water in flexible pouches ranging in size from one ounce to one gallon, and liquids and be used hot or cold. The filler technologies include pasteurized cold fill, hot fill and UHT aseptic. Because of the many benefits of the pouch such as differentiation in the market place and cost savings related to operations, packaging, storage and shipping, the pouch is an environmentally responsible alternative to other packages. It also brings additional savings in trash disposal - a very attractive benefit to schools and institutions with ever-decreasing budgets.
