In edit: Finally they got IDPH to my discounted bid at $39.12.

My average coston CCRD is still quite outrageous at $8.68, but it will be a little easier to recover if CCRD finally put in a bottom. $37.25 waqs irresistable for KLAC back in it, a discount of $1.20 from last sale, I don't "snub".
