I care. It means that the shares used as compensation are either free trading or not as part of the float.

It would indicate is that if the Series B were used vs. common stock, it shows that the shares distributed from the common stock were not for compensatione. In other words, that would be just dilution vs "restricting some of the common stock for compensation".

Just to catch me up - how many share were used as compensation? If it turns out that the shares used were from common stock, then we can reduce the float by that many shares!
