I do think however you are asking a question no one here can answer,
has the project started? I say YES beacuse in order for the project to start you must first file the paper work in order to get it started, the other thing is the SGCP leases are agreements with the Paramount chiefs to share the CC's I am not sure of what the % split is so don't ask me that one.
The Carbon credits can be sold once you are given them, True everyone? is that understood by all here?
SGCP has land with TREE's already on them! so they are ready to start sucking Carbon :) well they are doing it now it's just SGCP and JV's are not getting credit for it yet, but Doug did mention to a friend of mine that news is coming this month and the numbers are staggering, the paper work is done.
they can get Carbon credits in advance because the TREEs are there, so then they can sell them.
