Here's what I found regarding dilution:

I called PacWest and they verified the following:
A/S = 795,000,000
O/S = 559,066,636

That's different than PinkSheets latest information. They not only increased the A/S, the distributed about 75 million into the market as well (so far).

Assuming that insiders still hold an aproximate 132,878,410 shares, that makes the float around 426,188,276 (a 21% increase since their last pinksheet filing with numbers since August 28, 2009 - Received date of Aug 31, 2009).

We can also assume that most of the dilution is probably averaged around .0015 to .0020 - which puts somewhere between $112,500 and $150,000 in their pockets.

I certainly hope it's going toward the real estate they're working on!

I also verified if they actually filed the increase in A/S:
Nevada Site (they did with an ammendment on 10/07/2009).
