stock price after cc remains to be seen. it's bashing to say it will hold or tank... we don't know what will happen. BEHL will be the surviving company as stated in the PR. Nothing regarding a reverse split has been mentioned. A merger does not mean a reverse split is coming.

Behl and RNWE are two companies that benefit each other. Together they will gain the edge they need to lower costs which in turn will increase profits. Envirotek is partnered with behl and looking as though they are getting in position for some real money making opps. Behl and RNWE are positioning as well.

Two plus Two is easy to calculate.
