I have a program on that subject starting hopefully in the next few weeks (one reason I have been busy like hell), trying to protect large buildings and apartment building at very low cost. The main problem is not detection but overcoming the "smart" of terrorists, they are not going to bring in explosives that can be easily sniffed.... we looked at neutron activation and there is no way to avoid excessive dosing at least to the operator, not a good approach.
