I was just searching for something that resembled a mission statement because the one on FDIC sight is useless realy says nothing. I did see that the resolution FDIC and the Corp FDIC have differant powers didnt delve into it but they serve differant purposes but It looks like Weil covered that by argueing for both since got both signatures on P and A or whatever yesterdays hearing was about ,got BOTH hooked in ; my understanding was fdic corp gots the big doe and the resolution some how partitions itself to each siezure so anly has the 1.88B I bet if worst comes to worst Weil could penitrate that as well but the corps hooked so no worries.
