The 50/50 Logic is when something transpires to where there is an official reason to justify the belief of a transaction, occurrence, situation, etc. With this 50/50 Logic, all egos must be put aside. Remember, neither you nor I are the ones who dictate what is to be true or false. Your feelings should not reflect such solely based on what you alone have heard or gathered for information. Either party could have received false or outdated information. Things change and the faster you go, the faster things change. This is bigger than any of us and we all have been wrong before at times when we thought we were right.
The Perfect Example: The State of Nevada has mention that a filing was submitted to change our Authorized Shares (AS) to 80 Million shares. They also mentioned that it costs $35,000 to do so. They referenced the transactions that were done to increase our AS to 500 Billion and to change our AS to 800 Billion.
People actually heard what was mentioned and if it is a mistake, then it is up to the State of Nevada to correct it I’m sure if such is needed. If this is the case, then it was not the people who reported it that were wrong, but the State of Nevada. All they did was to share their research/DD.
However if in error, until they correct such, you can’t say it is false or so much that it is true. You have to at least remain neutral until more news is released or confirmed through the same or other official modes. Even the reps from the State of Nevada who said that they had no records of any filings for CMKX and that the AS was still 800 Billion stated that they would not see anything filed in the system until 24 hours had elapsed.
I’m not saying that the AS of 80 Million is true, but believe it or not, registering your shares through the State of Nevada carries more weight than any PR or SEC filing. Why? Because you can’t even trade if your shares are not registered.
First we didn’t want to believe the change discovered to increase the AS to 500 Billion, and it was true. Then we didn’t want to believe the change discovered to increase the AS to 800 Billion, and it was true. And now we don’t want to believe the change discovered to decrease the AS to 80 Million, and is it true? Personally, I don’t know? This would be a first for the State of Nevada that they had released information in my experience that had not come to pass after having anyone from their offices to confirm as fact.
I believe what our sources of 3 different people who told me they heard with their own ears that an amendment was filed to change the AS to 80 Million with the State of Nevada. Also, I believe what our sources of 3 different people who told me they heard with their own ears that the AS is still 800 Billion with the State of Nevada. Who’s correct? I can’t and won’t say, but I can speculate on how logic exists to make both sides correct without it being considered hype since this is information coming from a major authority for information.
I hate when this happens, but until more time has elapse to allow for official confirmation, I have to give it my 50/50 Logic of remaining neutral for just in case reasoning.
I’m not asking for anyone to believe one way or the other. I am just explaining how I think we should consider this situation and future situations when there are governing authorities releasing information that is conflicting in nature as neutral until final resolution exists as confirmation.
Again, all egos should be put aside and the “I told you so” attitude is not necessary by either side after the final verdict has been weighed on the matter because the day will come when you too will be wrong.
