I do hope that the new inhabitants have an Attorney on the hook for not bothering to check legal filings for existing judgements (default or otherwise),liens and assorted liabilities.
MMU is a real Plaintiff & GAGI is a real defendant.
The Transfer Agent has been alerted and is most certainly not complicit in this as TA states that he knows nothing about this New Company in GAGI. The sole officer of record to TA & State of Incorporation states, GAGI is out of compliance in Nevada and cannot operate a bank account or legally operate any business without Nevada compliance.
Apart from the vague, badly spelt email provided to ONE poster here allegedly from the CEO of the company, none of the many attempts to contact the company has been met with an actual human being.
No merger has been filed in Nevada for GAGI to merge with any entity. No filings exist on the deal purported to have been transacted. No updated information other than "news"
