like I said in my post....despite all the other evidence.... One explanation is that it is clear they did have a "joint business venture" at some point in 2007-8. Then in 2009 CHBO decided to get out of the vaccine business, like they said in their 10Q. So that logo page contains the private company's logo for use when they were in business together.
