Apparently, the FTC has looked over the NYS AG suit that has convinced you of Intel's guilt and decided it was not enough to bring charges, at this time. Think about it. The FTC did not stand shoulder to shoulder with NYS given all this damaging evidence. That is the real news.

Link? I think that is wishful thinking and that the FTC will go forward with some kind of action, based on all I see in the press.
