Hammer has to come down soon. WMI is going to be pushing for decisions from the Judge if DC rules on a STAY for proceedings in her court. It's as Mordicai said: defer to the BK court and admit the deposits are part of the BK estate. We should see some action from Del as soon as Fed Judge signs off on ordering the stay. I would like to know if they argued dismissal of FDIC counter-claims in DC today?
The FDIC is a very holier than thou group. They treat Congress with disdain and many other agencies the same way. Even if they lose there attitude is:so what! Well they are going to lose and lose big and the taxpayers will again foot the bill for their dishonesty and out of control arrogance.
