We will probably be hearing the holding company argue that the only safe place for the money to be held is at wells fargo. Walrath is not going to give the fdic relief from the automatic stay. She is going to protect the legitimate creditors of the holding company. She knows JPM didn't get harmed, and she knows the fdic screwed up and must pay.
