Diamond, Thanks.. I too Agree. FDIC is feeling the cash pinch. And placing 4b$ in a non interest bearing account can be leveraged by the FDIC.

I guess its time for the FDIC to suckle on the congress tax dollar with strings.. Maybe an audit is coming? But, congress is scared to show the public the real truth about the finicial status of the FDIC/FED/JPM and Social Security.
