So I think what I need is a scan that looks for relatively high volume during Pre/Post Market.

Reason why Pre/Post Market Highs and Lows don't work for me is because there could be a hot stock moving either UP or DOWN in extended hours trading and they might not reach HIGHS or LOWS. Therefore, I just want to know where the action is.

You can check the volumes at which these are made easily in the Relative Volume column of the TI PRO display. Make sure you have the column viewable.
