Could be a kind of Trojan Horse company setup to get...

...full disclosure of the Cyclone design, so that they could rip if off and duplicate it in China.

I realize this is not going to be a popular idea on this forum, and may very well get me labeled as a Basher.

Unfortunately, I have been on the receiving end of very unscrupulous Chinese entrepreneurs before, years ago. They took me to the cleaners on a very similar deal.

This Chinese company could be completely legit. But I just "smell a rat" and urge maximum caution in ALL dealings with the Chinese. The government controls everything in China, including the crime. They are legend for not respecting Intellectual Property rights.

I haven't found anything either. Probably not unusual given the control of the internet China has in their country. I think an important question may be who approached who. Considering Vista's valid concern, I would be most wary if Great Wall approached CYPW and not the other way around (meaning that cypw did their DD and approached a company they wanted to work with). I remain positive but not enough to add to my shares until something comes of it.
