let me type slow so you folks get it.

CHBO and Company A had a JV. CHBO bought out that JV and wholly owns it and thats a Moot point anyway.

Company A was bought by Novartis - the JV was not bought by Novartis.

If iot sounds too good to be true it is. Sorry - I lined up the Nrs on the screens the names dont match and the dec NR by CHBO makes it very clear.
