RWE likes the scientific team that BEHL has. Algae strain tech and possibly the lipid Trigger. In the PR RWE states that they are the heavy engineering aspect and BEHL offers the scientific and marketing expertise.

Sound reasoning, only "skeptical" investors think BEHL's system is the one that is not up to par here. . To me, RWE loses too much of its original investment if they do not see this as a necessary step for them.

there may be a need for both types. we dont know as well as the people from both companies. could one application be superior in certain situations, such as terrain or weather or space. one of the first rules in a sucesful buisness is to have a diverse product line.....companies with more then one product can sell to more customers...the knowledge of both types can be nothing but good. they will both be competing with open systems, now we can do it both ways up and down...open cant
