CSGJ only 6 million common shares, total 27.9 million including preferred, 1-1. that's a small float. i see IR firm was paid with a very conservative amt. of restricted stock at an exercise price of $1.33 (higher than currently) and just calculated book value according to the previous quarter at $1.19/share.
Earnings were released on 08/19 so I wouldn't expect them until week of 11/19.
