brikk - Some folks posted last week that they are holders of Equus preferreds, and they were starting to receive letters from QASP about their holdings.

Does anyone know what the conversion factor is? How many shares of preferreds, will convert into how many common? Can they start converting now?

We know from the pinksheets Q2 quarterly filing there were #373K in Equus preferreds. TIA
