why do you keep thinking more shares = more money? Each converted share has a dollar amount attached to it..that dollar amount comes off the loan. If they convert out at .005 they only get enough shares to repay the loan...same if they convert out at 1.00 only what it takes to pay back the money owed. The amount of shares it takes is only a concern to the company and share holders. obviously higher share price means less shares issued to pay off the loan.
