You can have various sources of neutrons from unstable isotopes. I just do not think they are addressing the problem correctly. They have been a hyping company for years. The market surely is not going to like neutron activation detectors, they don't even like the very mild radiation from tritium used in ion mobility spectrometers (IMX, GE and few others, though IMX "pony trick" is not to use tritium to ionize the species before they get into the spectrometer).
