Link to the email from Central Maine Marine has been posted many times .... wherein Central main Marine states that the biogenerator is their proprietary technology and they did not give ENCS rights.
And that they were contacting the SEC as their technology seems to have been "borrowed" without their knowledge or approval.

An excellent piece of DD proving that ENCS "borrowed" or stole the biogreen generator.

"Interesting E-Mail Response

I sent messages to both Encore and Central Maine Diesel late yesterday afternoon. I have not heard anything from Encore, but received a timely response from Central Maine Diesel to the message I sent via the "contact us" link on their website:

My message to CMD:

Attn Sales:

Is the Lister Vegetable Oil Generator system a proprietary technology of your company, or is Generator Sales only an affiliate distributor of these systems?

I have seen the same system on another company's website where it has been touted as their proprietary "Bio Green System" technology.

Kind Regards,

Interesting that you sent that to us. These are our units. We built this here and the phots were "borrowed" from our website. We do not know who these people are and we have never been contacted by them concerning our products nor have we ever sold anything to them. Caution should always be exercised by anyone who runs a business out of a "suite" and not from their own manufacturing plant. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
