Company reported this morning that the liver enzyme alterations occurred in patients that had been incorrectly dosed and received 5-10x more drug than intended

In what forum did they report that? - I see no PR, there was no scheduled cc, and it isn't in the poster. If true I would think it something they would want to make crystal clear - so I am little sceptical.
