Personally I think the added shares will prove necessary when this starts moving. The increased liquidity will create more stability as more closings are added. It's all good, imo.
I've followed the discussion here on increasing O/S not equal to the number of shares traded so the newly issued shares must be restricted and not in the float. Seems to me whoever bought the shares could be holding not selling, but not necessarily restricted.
There are probably shares the company is selling direct to market, perhaps others they are selling at a discount to investors. We won't know until we get something specific from the company.
