value sometimes is in the eye of the beholder
That's why these pink sheet companies hire stock promoters. They like to try and shine up things quite a bit. Make a pile of dung look like a gold nuggett.
How would you have heard about BEHL if not for stock promotion?
It's a valid question because if this is such "world changing technology" why don't you see BEHL on CNBC, MSNBC, CNN, The Evening News, or anywhere other than penny pump websites and message board?
Because people who aren't paid to pump it require more than hopes and dreams before they will give their seal of approval? Some people only need 50 million shares to say it's the greatest thing since sliced bread while others actually feel as if their integrity can't be bought.
