folks, i behl-ieve this merger is quite different than what one is thinking, behl will be the SURVIVING company and it will be the reporting copmpany, albeit, with an agreeable NEW name.
an earlier post by investinginstockmarket said this, that the merger everyone is think took place has been scrapped.
so that means BEHL will grow to an uplisting on our own and now it's up to us the shareholders to get ready to make this fly, and i BEHL-ieve we can.
