I am LONG here, but the PR reads "up to 250K"...It does not say that they WILL purchase 250K. Seems like a little play on words. They may purchase only 100K. I am not bashing, just disecting. Any opinions?

I agree and read it the same way. Check your math.

250,000 / .016 = 15,625,000 over two weeks. or a little over 31 million per month. In six weeks, they would purchase about 45-50 million shares not 100 million
