His NY appearance was a disgrace that damaged LongWei's credibility and cost investors money...real money.

The market is way to nervous to tolerate this latest nonsense.

Investors will be reluctant to buy going forward if the numbers and the new releases can not be trusted.

The CFO didn't have to tell you that they were raising $15m yet according to you $45m. They could have waited until it was all done signed and delivered. Pump up the revenue and earnings, then let the hammer fall.

and BTW warrants usually go to the broker in the deal, not the investors. But hey, maybe it's $50 million instead, See I can make funny money up too!
