I'm by no means suggesting buying these tops as the RSI is 70+ on some which is over bought usually.But sectors and others in that sector may get some lagger mo.
...i've noticed that sometimes charts with quite a few empty spaces tend to be good plays off their bottom. Bagheera uses these kind of charts, I think.
