There's nothing to be taken with a "grain of salt". The process works...it has been proven to work. Your questions seem to be about scalability. You as well as the rest of us will get your answer when the machine goes into production. John found the catalyst in some tapes he recovered data from using the tape drives and software he designed.

Ok. We know the process works in the big production machines, however it takes hours. So the question becomes how much time is saved when you add the catalyst.

In the prototype, the reaction is 16 times faster with the catalyst.

Any estimate/thoughts on this reaction in the big machine?

What kind of reactor process was it? Was it a cracking process?......z
