Yes they read 40 year old and older 7- and 9-track tapes plus a variety of other media for both government and private entities. They do alot of work in conjunction with legal proceedings where one side or the other claims the tapes are unreadable especially obviously when they believe those tapes may not help their case. :) So in these cases not only does their process have to be 100% accurate to be admitted, they have to prove the 100% accuracy. This many times in the face of cross examination by the other side.
Now having said all that I think the JBII niche with NASA is a great business opportunity and if we can add one or two similar customers like I have posted in the past, the tape reading business can provide a great recurring revenue stream.
Then we have the opportunity for the homerun with the P2O process if it truly proves itself to scale which we should start seeing shortly. And the posts today have been very informative imo.
