yes i no longer believe this - at least in the most literal sense. the fact you "disagree strenuously" seems to me an overstatement since the essence of my statment remains correct - that the important difference between the two compounds is potency, and bypassing the first phospholylation step is just a means to this end (that is not to trivialize this difference - i think 184 holds tremendous promise because of this - which i think we both agree on)
