DorseyWright has an alert on a pop up each morning when you log on. All exchanges had more advances than declines, and then it noted that the S&P Small Cap looked like a breakout. So I looked at the chart:
It broke a double top yesterday, advanced one more box today, has a bullish price objective of 278.00 (based on momentum accrued from a variety of factors). One note: in the football field scenario, it is sitting on the 67-yard-line; this indicates room to move up, but not as much room if it were on the 30-yard-line. But because of its strength, it is worth a long, hard look, with a lot of potential. IMO
